Brandi began her career in the health and human service field working for the New Jersey Department of Health, which allowed her to gain insight and knowledge of state level policy and program development.
She completed her B.S. in Psychology with honors and a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis in 2015 and was previously employed as a Performance Improvement Manager for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northern New York. Brandi was the lead Project Manager for the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) transformation certification process, earning the highest Level 3 at all sites. She brings valuable project management skills to M.S. Hall & Associates, including creation of PDSA cycles, performance improvement metrics, project life cycles, etc. Brandi has also sat on various committees developing policies and procedures, as well as Cultural Competency committees.
She adds a creative approach to complex areas and holds an A.A.S. in Fine Art. Brandi has direct experience with non-profits and Community-Based Organizations (CBO), which enable her to bring empathy to any project and develop a ground-up approach when working with clients. She is an advocate for patient-centered care and has a great deal of experience analyzing workflows and operations, as well as best practices to ensure patients receive quality treatment.
