Adam Pitzer is a Manager at M.S. Hall + Associates and has been with the firm since January 2017. Promoted to Manager in July 2020, he co-manages the Data Team and serves as the primary manager for the Software Development Team, supporting both the people and systems that power the firm’s work.
In his role, Adam’s responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and professional development across both teams while overseeing projects from early planning through execution, quality assurance, and delivery. He also works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure M.S. Hall’s internal software continues to evolve alongside the firm’s needs. A key source of pride for Adam is the stewardship of the proprietary internal software that sits at the core of how M.S. Hall turns data into insight.
Adam brings over a decade’s worth of prior experience from Lockheed Martin, where he held a variety of technical and leadership roles. His approach today centers on coaching, problem-solving, and building a culture rooted in integrity, trust, openness, and accountability.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Gannon University. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his pets, watching soccer, supporting his kids’ activities, and playing games with family and friends.
