Chris Ceron joined M.S. Hall + Associates in December 2021 and currently serves as a Manager, leading the data team with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. He oversees the hiring, onboarding, and development of data analysts, while also managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance and delivery. Chris has developed deep expertise in Bad Debt, Bad Debt audits, and Medicaid DSH, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and with practical insights for clients.
What Chris enjoys most is seeing his team succeed—whether it’s a new analyst confidently taking ownership of a project or a complex data challenge being solved efficiently. He thrives on balancing technical rigor with mentorship, providing guidance while fostering a supportive environment. His approach is methodical yet personable: he makes sure every project is understood, every challenge addressed, and every teammate empowered to contribute their best.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys disc golf, gaming, and traveling, and he brings the same curiosity, integrity, and energy to his hobbies as he does to his professional role.
