Enya Tan joined M.S. Hall + Associates in January 2024 as a Data Analyst, bringing her analytical skills and enthusiasm for problem-solving to a variety of complex healthcare projects. She works across hospital systems to collect, transform, and validate data from diverse sources, including EHR systems, claims, and financial platforms, ensuring accuracy through rigorous internal and external audits. Enya thrives on collaboration, contributing to projects such as Medicare Bad Debts and Audits, Medicare S-10, Medicaid DSH Audits, HCRA Audits, and Public Goods Surcharge reporting.
Enya is passionate about turning messy, real-world data into actionable insights that support hospitals in delivering better care. She enjoys working with a supportive team and values the learning opportunities that come from navigating new systems, troubleshooting data irregularities, and solving challenging problems. She holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Vanderbilt University and continuously applies critical thinking and precision to her work.
