Grant Colerick brings a combination of financial analysis, problem-solving, and curiosity to his role as a Senior Financial Analyst at M.S. Hall + Associates. Since joining the firm in March 2025, he has worked across Medicare Cost Report preparation, third-party reimbursement analysis, Wage Index, Occupational Mix, and interim rate work. His responsibilities combine detailed financial analysis with opportunities to improve the processes and tools that support the firm’s reimbursement work.
Grant has made meaningful contributions to the way financial work is organized and completed. He has taken responsibility for Wage Index and Occupational Mix projects, coordinating the analytical work involved in these important reimbursement areas. He has also focused on improving Cost Report preparation by reformatting workpapers, refining existing workflows, and incorporating Power Query to streamline data preparation and reduce repetitive manual steps. These improvements reflect his interest in finding practical ways to make complex financial processes more efficient and consistent.

He enjoys building relationships with colleagues, learning new techniques, and working through challenges that require creative problem-solving. His approach combines technical curiosity with collaboration, innovation, and perseverance, whether he is investigating financial variances or identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done.
Grant earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Finance from Utica University and his Master of Science in Finance from Penn State University. He also holds a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis Certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. His expertise in Excel, financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial statement analysis supports his analytical work and his commitment to developing effective solutions.
Outside of work, Grant is an avid sports fan, particularly of the Houston Rockets and Philadelphia Eagles. He also enjoys gaming, music, TV and movies, and spending time with friends.
