Tianci joined M.S. Hall + Associates in January 2023 and has quickly become a trusted contributor on a variety of projects, including Medicare Bad Debts, Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports, Medicaid DSH, and S-10 audits. Known for analyzing data at scale across multiple sources, Tianci is often recognized by colleagues as the “Black Hole for Problems,” someone who can be relied on to tackle complex challenges.
Tianci was promoted to Senior Data Analyst in July 2024, just two years after joining as a new graduate, highlighting both skill and dedication. He takes pride in his projects, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis for clients.
Tianci holds a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
