Victoria “Vicky” Nguyen brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to her work as a Data Analyst at M.S. Hall + Associates. Since joining the firm in January 2024, she has supported a range of healthcare reimbursement projects, including Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports, Medicare Bad Debts and audits, Monthly HCRA reporting, and Medicaid DSH audits. With an expertise in health data analytics, Vicky enjoys working on projects that allow her to apply her analytical skills while contributing to work that has a meaningful impact on hospitals.
Vicky approaches her work with a focus on finding solutions and delivering accurate, timely results. She values clear communication and brings respect and honesty to her relationships with both clients and colleagues. Her experience supporting multiple DSH and Medicare Bad Debt audits has also given her opportunities to contribute to improvements in efficiency across client projects.
Vicky’s educational background reflects her strong interest in the intersection of data, technology, and healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Health Informatics from Rutgers University, building upon a Master of Science in Biomedical and Health Informatics and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and minor in Applied Statistics from SUNY Oswego.
Outside of work, Vicky enjoys traveling—especially when a concert gives her a reason to plan the next trip. She also enjoys collecting sneakers and spending time with her dog, Jin.
